    The order form only asks for the details your chosen service actually needs — your IMEI, and where relevant your model or network.

    We validate before you pay

    Your IMEI is checked for length and checksum, and the rest of your details are verified so orders don't fail for avoidable reasons.

  4. 04

    Pay securely

    Encrypted checkout. Your order is created first, and processing only begins once your payment is confirmed.

  5. 05

    Processing begins

    Your request is submitted for processing automatically and you receive your RAF order number by email.

  6. 06

    Track to completion

    Follow real stages on your order page. When the service finishes, your result and instructions appear there.
