How long does an unlock take?
Each service lists its own estimate. Code-based unlocks are often fastest; network-processed unlocks usually take one to five business days.
My order says it needs attention. What does that mean?
Your payment was received and a person is reviewing the order. We contact you as soon as the review is finished.
Can I cancel an order?
You can request a cancellation before processing starts. Once processing begins, cancellation depends on the stage your order has reached.
Which devices are supported?
Support depends on the model and the network it is locked to. The catalog lists the services currently available.
Do you offer Activation Lock or account removal?
No. RAF does not provide services designed to bypass Activation Lock, account authentication or stolen-device protections.
