Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed with RAF Device Services ("RAF", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you pay.

You must be legally able to enter into a contract and you must own the device you submit, or be authorised by its owner. You confirm this at checkout. RAF may refuse or cancel any order where ownership is in doubt.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Outcomes depend on the device, its status and the network it is locked to. Where a service cannot be completed, our refund policy applies.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the IMEI, model and other details you submit. Orders processed with incorrect information may not be refundable.

Prices are shown before payment and charged in full at checkout. Processing begins only after payment is confirmed.

RAF does not provide, and you may not request, any service intended to bypass Activation Lock, account authentication, stolen-device protection or other unauthorised access controls, or to process devices that are lost, stolen or otherwise unlawfully held.

To the extent permitted by law, RAF's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Manufacturer and network names are used descriptively only. RAF is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any manufacturer or network operator.
