We collect the information needed to deliver your order: your email address, an optional phone number, your device IMEI and any model or network details your chosen service requires, plus the payment confirmation returned by our payment provider.

Your information is used to process and deliver your order, to send order updates, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal obligations.

Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on RAF systems. We keep only the payment reference linked to your order.

We share the minimum information required with the processing partners that fulfil your service, and with our payment provider. We do not sell your data.

Order records are retained for as long as needed to support the order, handle disputes and satisfy accounting and legal requirements.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting RAF support. Some records must be retained where the law requires it.
